May 24, 2010

Since Mack is soooo determined and normally gets what he wants especially for his Birthday, I gave in and decided to let him have a 'friends' Birthday party. We had one crazy, hectic, wild, but super fun party on Mack's 'real' Birthday. Saturday when we had family over for cake and ice cream Mack kept telling everyone that this was just his pretend Birthday. Mack had a lot of fun one his special day. Ladd got to come home for lunch and eat Mack's favorite Little Ceasers pizza. Afterward he got to go have a play date @ his best friend Cash's house. Then it was time for his party. I can't believe how excited 4-6 year olds get for a Birthday party. We played games, opened presents, and ate some more cake and ice cream. Since I was being lazy I bought a soccer cake because Mack still had to have a sports themed party for his friends. After the party Mack was lucky that the weather cooperated, because his Papa was able to take him golfing. When Mack came home he got to open his present from me and Ladd which is a super cool rattlesnake bike. We ended the day by going to Rupes for dinner another one of Mack's favorite places to eat. Wow, what a day we had. Mack sure did have one heck of a Birthday.

Mack has a smaller bike but really wanted a bigger bike and totally knows how to ride a bike without training wheels, well for some reason he would not ride this without the training wheels. He could barely even ride it with the training wheels. When we came home from dinner we finally made him take them off and now he is a pro. He just makes me laugh with how cautious he is with every thing.
